Call website and walk-in enquiries, book appointments and remind customers when a service is due. Office-based, fixed hours.
What you will do
- Call new website and showroom enquiries within the same day
- Book test ride and showroom visit appointments
- Remind customers when their service is due
- Run post-sale and post-service satisfaction calls
- Keep the enquiry records updated after every call
What we are looking for
- Clear speaking voice and good Hindi
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Freshers welcome
- Polite and patient on the phone
