This policy explains what AjmerTVS does with the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- When you enquire or book: your name, mobile number, email address, city, and details of the vehicle or service you are interested in.
- When you apply for a job: your name, contact details, city, qualification, work experience, and your resume if you attach one.
- Automatically: your IP address and basic browsing information, used to prevent spam and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to what you asked for — to call you back about a vehicle, confirm a service slot, or assess your job application. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your details may be shared with TVS Motor Company where required for warranty registration, and with our finance and insurance partners if you have asked us to arrange finance or insurance. We share nothing else without your consent, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years. Job applications are kept for six months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Service and warranty records are kept for as long as the law and TVS require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the email address on our contact page and we will act within 30 days.
